"Talking to Animals" follows the work of Sarah
Fisher as she uses the Tellington Touch - a unique approach to working with animals. Sarah
is the UK's leading TTouch practitioner. Anthony Head, Sarah's partner, appears in some of
the episodes. The series is produced by Tigress Productions.

The series charts the progress of various animals and meets
the owners and pets attending one-day intensive workshops
|
|

Episodes feature the centre, construction of a Barn Owl unit,
various horses, aggressive rabbits and dogs, cats that dislike being petted, and Lorenzo
the Llama.

Sarah coaxes a shy baby giant tortoise out of its shell by
stroking it gently with a paintbrush,
|
|

and helps Portia the pot-bellied pig who won't allow anyone
near her feet.
|
|

In episode 5 Sarah helps a horse called Tree, a pair of
nervous rats, an aggressive five-year-old terrier and a bellicose North Ronaldsay ram at
the Robinswood Hill Farm in Gloucester.

In episode 6, Sarah attends to an aggressive three-legged
iguana called Peggy who doesn't like strangers,
|
|

a violent cockerel called Barry, and a snake which has not
eaten for six months.
|
|

Sarah works with Nikita, who comes from the Mayhew Animal Home. Nikita was
reactive to being touched, and also to cats, and responded really well to the work.

Sarah and Anthony also take part in a wolf walk at the UK Wolf Conservation Trust, with their
friends, Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof. |
