If you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of your course participation, whether in-person or online, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or write to Animal Centred Education Ltd at Tilley Farm, Timsbury Road, Farmborough, Bath BA2 0AB, in the first instance. We aim to address your complaint in a courteous manner, and we take all complaints seriously.
We will acknowledge your correspondence and feedback within ten working days of receiving your initial feedback. If we need to explore your complaint more deeply, we will acknowledge your feedback and do our best to respond in full within twenty one working days from the date we receive your initial complaint.

Animal Centred Education Ltd is a founder signatory of the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter.The Charter aims to make a clear statement regarding the future direction of the dog behaviour and training industry in relation to professional standards, tools and methodologies. The welfare of the dogs lies at the heart of its mandate, making clear representation as to what is, and isn’t, acceptable in a modern, progressive profession.
It also seeks to provide assurance to the public, other professional bodies, and Government Agencies that signatory organisations are committed to open, transparent and robust complaints and grievances procedures that can be supported by independent arbitration if needed.
